Return & Exchange Policy

Items purchased from our physical store or official website (www.JacqCo.com) may be returned within 14 days with the following conditions:

Jacqueline & Co. will accept authorized returns or exchanges within 14 days from original purchase/shipping date. Merchandise or item(s) must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the original condition accompanied by all original packaging, tags, labels, documents and papers. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on any special orders or custom jobs. All special orders and custom jobs sales are final. Any other item(s) or merchandise will not be eligible for return or exchange if it is determined by Jacqueline & Co., in it’s sole discretion, any reason or reasons exist including but not limited to the following:

• Item(s) or merchandise has been worn
• Item(s) or merchandise was a special order
• Item(s) or merchandise was a custom job
• There is damage of any kind (i.e. scratches, dings, dents, marks, blemishes)
• Alterations or changes of any kind including engravings have been made on the item, item box, booklets, and any additional items (i.e. promotional gifts) which came along with the purchased item

If the item was purchased at www.JacqCo.com, the customer will be liable for all return shipping and handling fees.
